This Kfc store canceled my order and didnt notify or call. Had put in a food order for my freight team to treat them for all there hard work. Very Poor customer service.
I ordered a mobile pickup and went into the store when the app said it was ready. I sat up by the counter for over 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. 2 of which walked by me on multiple occasions and still didn’t acknowledge me. Finally I got the attention of a third employee and she said they had to make my order still and went back to the kitchen. I received the spicy sandwich, but it did not have any discernible spice. The sandwich itself was at a pleasant temperature, and the biscuit was enjoyable.
Not friendly customer service. Dining room closes at 3pm and after 3pm the drive thru is open.
