This will sound like exaggeration because it's so utterly ridiculous, but I swear it is not. We've lived in Williamsport for 21 years and attempt the KFC about 3-4 times a year because the anger from the last time has worn off and "this will be the time they finally get it right." Wrong. Do the math: 21 years times 3 or 4 is anywhere from 63 to 84 consecutive times they have completely screwed up our order. An utterly ridiculous management and staff.
