I asked the keys for the restroom, the lady manager said I have to place an order before I can use the restroom. I placed the order , then asked for the keys again and she says both restroom is not working. I just wanna wash y hands and she’s talking in a cocky tone.

I've been a loyal KFC customer since they first opened, always using the mobile app for a smooth and quick pickup experience. In the past, even if my order wasn't ready immediately, the staff was friendly, honest, and understanding, making the wait bearable.
