I have done two orders here at this location and whenever I go to pick it up, it is not ready. I always have to wait in no communication is made.
The food here is great. The chicken can be a bit too greasy at times but it is fried chicken after all. The staff has always been friendly in my experience. I have not had to wait long for my order either. The store hasn't been busy whenever I show up so the service has always been fast.
