The customer service sucks. We couldn’t get any service because the night manager sitting outside in the car sitting on the passenger side smoking weed. Nothing against weed smokers but at least handle business first. Then she not even good weed, smell like regular weed to me. Day shift doesn’t act like this.
I’m normally a Popeyes girl, but they had an $8 piece for $10. This chicken was dripping in grease. I forgot how unseasoned KFC is too, but that would have been fine if the chicken wasn’t so greasy. When I tried to pick it up, the skin fell off because it was so greasy. Probably going to have to throw out. I couldn’t even finish a single thigh because I started feeling nauseous from all the grease. Staff was nice though
Ordered 8pc Family Meal. Cost $36. Biscuits great, other sides good BUT, and it's a big one, all of the chicken was BURNED to a crisp. And, not like their regular crispy chicken either. This was hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST CHICKEN I have EVER had. I was unable to physically go back and complain and demand an exchange.
