Orderd online. No Mike's hot honey on my sandwich. 4 fries in my dunk box. And it took about 15 minutes waiting for the very cold food. Not sure why I even try to get food at the Saraland location.
I ordered 1 hour before they closed and they wouldn’t make what I ordered and were rushing me out the store so I didn’t even get the stuff I ordered lady was rude needs to fired or written up ! 9pm on February 19th,2025
This is the third time I ordered on online from this store It tells me food is ready get to store not ready. This has happen on me three times They give me the same excuse the chicken is coming up. Ordering online was suppose to speed up the process of getting your order faster. Hope this get to management so the store get up to speed
