Great food, however. customer service leaves much to be desired
The place was clean and the staff was friendly but their pos system wasn't working so I couldn't order unless I used the app. So I didn't get any chicken.
We were in the drive thru today. No other clients before or behind and no clients on the inside, but we were denied services and treated poorly. My husband approached the drive thru and instantly the guy told us, it’s going to be a 20 minute wait because it’s a holiday being a day before thanksgiving. We said okay it’s fine, we then asked if we could order a $20 fill up box the guy then passed us to a lady who told us they can’t sell it, as they do not have it.
