Went through the drive thru at 6:45 pm and was told it would be a least a ½hr wait. I thought Colonel Sanders was the dude that invented the method of cooking fried chicken quick. Unacceptable
Ordered door dash via app. Double checked just to make sure I ordered white meat. Arrived with dark meat. Re ordered to insure I ordered white meat chicken. Expensive yes. Second order came and was also dark meat chicken I tried to call to discuss but got vm. I’m very upset.
Kaitlyn was an absolute hero. She was incredibly friendly and helped ensure we could still get something we wanted even though they were out of certain items. Stellar service!
