Bad service drive thru took over 30 minutes of me waiting for my order for 2 sandwiches I never got had to get down and get a refund and the manager was so rude.
By far the worse KFC in Austin. How do you Never have white meat after 7???? Only gave it a 3 because the cashier was nice.
We always come here it is the best KFC for us. But the customer service is so bad and needs attention. When we ordered around 3:40PM on Dec.7th.2025. There was African guy who is the best and respectful, and a karen women who is so rude and seems she never deal with people so unprofessional, not respectful, annoying, and unclean.
