I'm normally not a Karen about this kind of thing. I work in the restaurant business. I understand being short staffed and busy. Although they were short staffed (as most places are) and despite a rude customer, the food was amazing biscuits were nice and soft. Mash potatoes and gravy were on point and chicken was hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this KFC to anyone.
Super disappointed. I ordered a Famous Bowl and they forgot the corn completely. They asked what kind of sauce we wanted, but didn’t give us any. The apple bites were cold too. Just felt like they didn’t care at all about the order.
