Super disappointed. I ordered a Famous Bowl and they forgot the corn completely. They asked what kind of sauce we wanted, but didn’t give us any. The apple bites were cold too. Just felt like they didn’t care at all about the order.
They were out of chicken pot pie which is what I wanted. So I had to bake an alternate selection. The food was good.
KFC is trying to get customers back by giving away free 8pc chicken with purchase. I placed a $22 order thru the app as required around 230pm for pickup at 5. When I arrived to pickup my order I was told it wouldn't be ready until 530pm. I had plans and could not wait an additional 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. No wonder they are offering free food. You'll be lucky to get your food at all. Not the first time I've had issues with KGC. I Won't be back.
