Waited 20 plus minuets in the drive through for my food. A chicken sandwich and fries. They waited till they had 3 or 4 orders ready instead of bringing mine out when it was ready. No receipt so I couldn't fill out a survey.
The manager, Shannon, and her staff made a fantastic 8 piece meal for me and my family. It was a redo after we bought an 8 piece and requested no wings and got a bucket of mostly wings and no biscuits. Shannon and staff replaced it and when I tell you that was the best chicken dinner ever…my gosh! The staff on hand that day needs a raise.
