Literally no one there and they serve the worst chicken I’ve ever seen. Not to mention he charged me for a large everything and gave me regular sides and a Pepsi with no ice, because in Arizona who needs ice am I right? 100 degrees will definitely keep the soda cold! Yum!Brands is a joke, makes sense they own the worst brands imaginable. Don’t worry too much, I’ll be there in the morning with my receipt to get a full refund for this bullshit food.
We waited 1 hour tonight for our chicken. Ordered dinner through drive thru. They said that would be done 10 15 mins. We ordered 12 pc meal 3 sides and rolls. Had no problem waiting 15 min. They said fryers were having issues. Half way through our wait the gave us free sodas. Also said they would give us some extra chicken. Called them back after hour wait. The chicken is always hot and fresh but sometimes the wait is very long. The workers are working as hard as they can but when the app says 15 minutes and its takes 30 minutes something is wrong. Order way ahead of time. The service is better at chik fila and popeyes.
Food was horrible cold and old Won't be going back
Robin, the manager, she is awesome because I was gonna order through the app. And I told her what happened so she gave me some information saying it's cheaper if I order through the window, because they offer a $10 deal. So she saved me money, thank you. Robin and for the awesome customer service.
