I ordered original chicken for my order! After at least 10 minutes of waiting for order I was told the original was out and I could get extra crispy! If I wanted to wait it would be 20 minutes to get original! So I sat there for 25 more minutes before order was ready! Why did they not tell me this upon ordering! Also it’s a Friday night! Went to this location with my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter. Ordered a kids meal, a famous bowl fill up box, and a few little snacks for myself as I wasnt particularly hungry. The restaurant wasnt very busy, but the service was unbearably slow. At 17 minutes of waiting, we approached the counter to check on our food. The cashier told us itd just be a couple more minutes.
