I visited here today 7/30 to place an order through drive through. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker to be acknowledged, no cars in line before or after me. Woman gets on the speaker and says “If you wanna order you gotta come inside” what’s the point of having drive through if it’s not being used? I go inside, there was a customer standing off to the side waiting for the food she ordered, and one customer sitting in the lobby eating. There was 3 workers, 2 regular employees one manager. I like the Management team here...No lie...The food is good too...
I usually enjoy KFC, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered tenders with Nashville sauce, and they forgot to include the sauce. The tenders were still tasty, but the missing sauce was a big letdown since that’s what I was looking forward to. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, but I wish they’d double-check orders before handing them out. Hoping for a better experience next time!
