10:30pm ordered hot wings and was told they were out of wings for the night. I ordered the 3 piece meal that cost 8.74 when I checked my order it was all dark meat. I told the lady at the window it was dark, her response was that's how it comes, you have to pay extra for white meat, I said that's not shown on the menu, her response was well that's how it it comes. Customers wait a long time in the drive through. When they finally get to the order speaker, no chicken cooked. Try alternative orders and get the response regarding an estimated time to cook it, which is always a significAnd underestimate! Many times, I have driven to another location to get food and good service. I noticed that management has removed the complaint hotline telephone number!!!!!!....too many calls?????
This is farmost the worst KFC I've ever been to. The service from the workers are very poor. I know I have to work when I don't want to, but the customer shouldn't know I don't want to be there. Every time that I have been to this KFC, the workers sound like they are being forced to take my order, and they are ALWAYS out of chicken! They close at 10pm I believe but if you go around 8pm, they are out of chicken. Managers should really examine that staff. Horrible experience there. Others in this area agree as well.
