Customer service and food was terrible. i think the district manager should looking to there performance.
I drove a little further to get some kfc haven’t had it In years. I was very well pleased with the service that was offered. The cashier Lakita that worked at 5:05pm on March 18th was amazing and she was so pleasant. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!!
The level of of incompetence and lack of care is a clear reflection of your overall review. Basic customer service is non-existent. Food cold and old. I highly suggest spending your money else where.
Que went above and beyond. I did the 5 dollar deal with a few extra items. He definitely delivered when it came to customers service. The cole slaw was fresh like he said it would be. The poppers were crispy has I requested. Que deserves a raise and a position upgrade after that phenomenal service. I'll be back long has Que is an employee and will refer many others.
