Very disappointed with this KFC experience. The food portions were extremely small for the price, and when I noticed the order was wrong at the drive-thru window, I wasn’t given a chance to correct it before being rushed along. Customer service and portion sizes definitely need improvement.
Customer service is non existent. They will have you sitting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before even greeting you. Waiting is fine, but at least inform the guest that they have to wait instead of just ignoring them and having them sitting at the speaker!
Kenny was awesome!! Kenny customer service was on point. He made sure I was well taken care of. Great job Kenny, keep up the good work
