One of my go to places
Signs say it is a top 50 KFC in the nation. 1. 100degrees. AC not working at all. I mean zero AC. Close the store or at least warn customers. It was dangerously hot. 2. Cash register lady doesn’t speak English. Messed up order horribly. Took even longer to correct in a sweat box called No AC KFC 3. Literally 1 hour in the store. Actually, 1 hours and 5 minutes. For: two 8 piece chicken tender boxes and 2 mash potato and gravy. My cravings for KFC are dead for at least 10 years
Someone stole my pickup order. No biggie, I asked them if they would remake it. The guy mumbled something and walked off. I had to ask several times and nearly yell at the manager before they agreed to remake the order, after fulfilling all other orders. The manager didn't even look at me as I tried to talk to her. After I got the order and got home, they got a couple small items wrong. Horrible management, terrible service. 40 minutes for fast food, what joke.
