Just stopped at KFC and had a great experience, the young lady in the drive through was very courteous and patient answering my questions.. only negative i can say is i was shorted a biscuit once we got home but i shouldve checked the bag before we left! Big shout out to Miracle on having great customer service!
Pathetic, how you going to sell chicken, but don't have all the parts, if I want dark meat I'll go to churchs, no gloves, scratching head, and nose, no aprons, Don't care what they say to another employee, in front of the customer. Employee standing at the door smoking, had to say pardon me, just to walk outside, ridiculous, I'm disappointed in the way we serve our own people. Simple a disgrace
Food was fresh and hot
I went through the drive through about 15 minutes ago...My chicken was hard ..Biscuits hard...Seem like during lunchtime my good should be fresh and crispy..I ordered two lunch specials..Next time I'll go to the other location on lamar..
