Wanted to stop for lunch with my partner. Doors were locked so i called to see if the drive thru was open, it was. Went through and she refused to take more than 1 order for no apparent reason. Shut the place down already. Its practically dead in the water anyway, and with that kind of customer service we know why

Food is hardly ever fresh unless they have been out of it for 30 minutes the staff is rude half the time me personally its all around terrible do not recommend it
Been here twice in the last 3 months and both times had to contact customer support. This time because of a stupid refund on a drink. When you place an order online thru their app apparently you enter a whole different world where only people you can’t see, and have a heck of a time contacting them in the first place, can refund a whole $3.99. SMH. The “Snowflake Syndrome” is running rampant these days. Used to be a manager would take your complaint. Now you have to talk to customer support where you would talk to one person... read more
