So, my aunt went through the drive thru today around 315, and she ended up having to drive to the window because no one was answering at the monitor. When she asked what happened, they said "Yeah, I was just playing with my headset cause we aren't taking customers from the drive thru today. If you want to order anything, you're gonna have to walk inside." Mobile order. Pickup at drive thru. Mid afternoon they were not busy. Order was ready at the stated time but requested condiments were missing. Staff at drive thru wasn't mean but she wasn't pleasant either. Grumpy enough I didn't go back for the missing condiments. Parking lot & area surrounding the building could use some maintenance. I believe this store has been there for some time. It's not a great location & off the bigger highway a bit but wasn't that hard to find.
I pre-ordered for lunch. Was ready on time. All good.
Constantly out of common items. Last two times I’ve ordered they were out of corn and Mac n cheese.
