Honestly, sometimes you just need that KFC craving satisfied, and this location nailed it. The chicken was crispy, not too greasy, and the sides were on point. It's fast food, so manage your expectations, but for what it is, it's a solid five stars when you need that fried chicken fix.
Customer service was terrible, food was dry.

Terrible services. Waited 40 minutes for my food even though I ordered ahead. They lied to me about what I was waiting on and offered a cookie for waiting so long.
