The worse experience EVER I walked in the store and NOBODY greeted me at all and not even the manager so I waited literally for 2 mins and everyone was looking at me and still didn’t say anything AT ALL smh the time is 8:28am 6/21/2025 and I yelled out HELLO! and the manager finally said something to me after making eye contact with me 4 times and that very sad because when a customer walks in and as a employee you’re supposed to greet the customer as soon as they walk in the door! This KFC taco bell is honest to God the worst quality possible unless you get there during lunch rush. Night time employes don't give a crap. After getting interrupted 15 different times in the drive thru because they were some how out of and I will quote "every side other than corn, and mashed potatoes" -evan. Then when I ordered a luxe box "we are out of nacho cheese"- Evan and when I asked for fire sauce "we don't have sauce"-evan. Chicken was dry and old. Almost like it had been left out since morning shift. Biscuits as well and fries were stale. This store is not turning their food stock around appropriately. Leaving left over food out from the morning shift is bad and can lead to food poisoning. Looks like this place is running on its last leg as well. This is why Chick-fil-A is definitely running the fast food industry. It’s always fresh, fast,and the service is great. Definitely disappointed with KFC.
