I went in with a KFC coupon and the manager wouldn't accept it. She was rude and wasn't willing to do anything to fix the problem and make it work. She said it wasn't in their system. Well that's too bad, put it in your system. I told her she can make it work if she wanted to. So we left and went to Burger King across the road and they were very friendly there. That was very bad for business.
Waited 40 minutes for a signature bowl and chicken sandwich. They didn’t even give us fries we paid extra for and were not taking peoples orders

Placed an order online. Estimated time for pick up was 7:25pm. Get there at 7:21pm. The cashier took my name and then tells me they are cooking fresh chicken it will be 17 minutes. I received my order at 7:50. 39 minutes later.
