Stale food😭
The food poisoning for my family was just what we were looking for. We had chicken nuggets and chicken tenders Sunday. My youngest vomited bile Mon. morning and has been fine since. She ate a bite of nugget and mainly Mac and cheese. My oldest ate the nuggets and tenders, she vomited Tue. morning the prev. NIght’s meal and has had diarrhea Mon. - Wed. We are just sitting at the hotel waiting for her symptoms to pass. I’ve kept down .5 meals a day. Yesterday was carrots and ranch. A 20-30$ meal has sullied a $2,000+ vacation.... read more
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service we received today. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. She spoke to us in a condescending tone and made us feel genuinely uncomfortable and unwelcome. We came here to enjoy a meal, not to be treated with such attitude. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with basic respect and courtesy. This experience ruined our visit.
Horrible rude employees. The service is the worst and I've come across bad service but this location is just one of the worst rude service.
Sooooo slow! Like watching sloths!
