Worst customer service.
Warning, this is the most horrific place to go if you just want to eat some chicken! We opened our box and the chicken wings were so dry they looked like they’d been sitting in a museum display case. And I didn’t order chicken wings only, I ordered the whole combo. So we walked back to the counter, hoping for something fresher. That hope lasted exactly three seconds. Don’t go here expecting KFC. This place is a random joint filled with the most rude people hanging out making food that tastes bad, gets you sick, and just resembles KFC food. This place is beyond awful I’ve never had a worse experience ordering food in my life. Guy was extremely over the fact that he couldn’t understand my Norma and raised American English. I must say the customer service was terrible. The woman who served us was very disrespectful and made fun of our english (as if she were a native speaker, when in reality she is just a Haitian immigrant). We’re very disappointed with her service. I truly hope they do something to fix it because that woman is vulgar, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Our experience as tourists was spoiled by this woman.
