This place is OLD. Like old old and needs a refresh. I've gotten more wrong orders than right. I've been given tiny pieces of chicken and had to turn around and complain. It' seems to be policy to leave items out of your order and it's not uncommon for items to be sold out or not available
No one in line so service was good-No frills sandwich which was hot and fresh but no special flavor to the breading like their fried bone on chicken has so dis-appointed to that
Down from the Manager to the employees they were very rude except two young ladies running the registers (front/back) The rude Manger did not want to help assist with my issue when her and her employee put my chicken special in a tiny little box. The bag was dripping with oil and everything. So the two young ladies that were running the registers assistant with my issue. If you are a Manager and you can't take the heat that means you need to get out the kitchen. I will not be back to this location.
