If I could give Zero stars I would. 40$ dollars and every bite of 4 meals was nasty. Worst Fried chicken I've gotten in years.
The drive thru speaker worked great. The drive thru person communicated clearly and repeated my order correctly. The order came out fast and correct. The family meal was delicious. Will be back!
I will not order pickup from KFC again. I ordered dinner for me to pick up. I had to ask for butter and honey, when it should be included for that soggy biscuit that was soaked up from grease from the old, dried out thigh and leg. I thought that leg was a wingette., it was so small. the only thing I liked was the mashed potatoes and the portion, and coleslaw was good.but KFC managers, don't give old, dried out chicken through drive thru, just to get rid of it from all day. nobody wants to drive back for the fresh batch.
