I don't think I've ever left a review in my life until now. My visit through the drive thru was fine. Short wait time. However, when I got back to my hotel, (it's literally in the same parking lot) I opened my 3 piece what was supposed to be original recipe to something that looked like half assed cooked extra crispy chicken? Every time I go here I wait 20 min for my 2 items and they still forget straws napkins and sauce,
Workers are too busy in the back to come take care of customers. Not everyone can or wants to oder on the kiosk. This place needs to hire more people, several people left the store without ordering because no employee came to take their oder and they didn't want to deal with the kiosk
Would have been great if my food didn't sit for 15 minutes in their wormer ... Waiting on 2 biscuits. After paying 30$ for 2 meals I still haven't ate today .. nor did I fight to get my money back because my son only eats KFC and he shouldn't be punished because managers can't do the right thing... So I'll bake his chicken to worm it up so he can actually eat something out of this 30$ chicken ice sickle. . Won't take the whole family that's for sure if you can't complete 2 meals how could you feed 7? I'm so over this town ..... read more
