Horrible service. Lousy food. Just got find a McDonalds Staff made mistakes on every order m food was very low quality.
The first thing that happened is they got the order wrong ringing it in. Then we got cold undercooked pink food and I already feel nauseous from the texture. Nobody wants to go somewhere and pay for cold food that's going to make them sick. We couldn't eat it and had to go somewhere else. April 15 2026 at 11am Kearney and Glenstone Springfield Missouri
Absolutely disgusting cold undercooked food. Everything was cold. The chicken had a disgusting texture and was pink. The sweet tea tasted like syrup in texture and taste and I love southern sweet tea and this was NOT that. When I got to the window they had rang my order in wrong. Nothing went okay. It was literally horrific. I have PTSD from it. My 74 year old grandma is in the e.r. from a panic attack from it.
