This is the West side location I asked for the wings to be cooked fresh the cashier said they were already fresh they wasn't. I'm finished with KFC all tagther I tried the ducan location also got the same results but at the Duncan location I didn't spend my money
Unfortunately this was our first time here at this specific kfc. We placed a mobile order and the first thing they said at the call box was there will be a wait of 20-30 minutes for chicken. After reading the reviews, I do see this is a trend for this store. At least 3 reviews has the exact same thing on them. We left because a gentleman brought our bag out and had no idea what we even ordered. We informed him and he took it back inside and didn't come back. Went to drive thru at 9:40pm to get a chicken sandwich. The drive thru was on "AUTO WE ARE CLOSED" announcement. Yet it was not 10pm close time. The service after 7pm DAILY is awful. Store management needs to look at their service. Gonna contact corporate about being closed half hour early. Dont wanna work? Dont go...but store is open...folks just don't wanna wait till closing time...LAZY WORKERS
