This location is absolutely garbage. They purposely "close the lobby" anytime of day, all day, forcing everyone into the drive thru... Where they then refuse to answer the drive thru so they don't have to make anything. They're horrible. Just close the place permanently.

The first thing was that we ordered the Mike’s hot honey, chicken sandwich, and the person waiting on us went out back to ask about that sauce and was told that they have some, but they could not give it to us. So we ordered something else. Then we went to get our drinks and the place where the drinks were was filthy. We got our food, and were sitting in the dining room, which was also not sparkling clean, and there were no forks available. My granddaughter and I just died here, and we were very disappointed. First of all when we walked in, the person at the register was not very friendly. When I ordered the Mike’s hot honey sandwich, she went out back and asked someone about the hot honey and they said they had some but they would not be able to give it to me.
