SERIOUSLY?! We placed an order on the app for pickup at this location. When we arrived there were only two other people there but all waiting for food. The kitchen area was buzzing with employees all busy (not sure doing what though). As we waited nearly 15 min past our scheduled time we stood there, freezing. I think they turn down the AC so that they can be cool near the fryers but the restaurant itself was like a freezer. Dear [Manager/Customer Service Team], I am writing to formally report a deeply disappointing experience I had at your drive-thru today. While ordering a single taco, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff member at the window, who identified herself as a manager. It's been a while since I've eaten at a KFC, so I asked the woman behind the counter if the extra crispy chicken was spicy. She replied "Spicy? What kind of spice? We don't give out that info". I explained I meant hot, like cayenne, and she said she didn't know. Ordered one 2 piece online deal meal extra crispy & one 2 piece online deal meal original recipe. Also ordered a regular size side of potatoes and gravy. Received Two 2 piece online deal meals, both were original recipe ( no extra crispy) & instead of getting a regular size side of potatoes and gravy, we received a small container of potatoes. Employee had an attitude. Just a bad experience all the way around. Go to Saco. It’s better.
