Stopped in today for lunch. Guy at the register was in regular street clothes with a jacket on. Looked higher than a kite. No ice in the soda machine. Service was ridiculously slow... Food wasn't great..not the first bad experience I've had here but it will certainly be my last time
Honestly not sure why this KFC is at 2.7. The food has been way better lately. The chicken is fresh and cooked right, the drinks actually taste right, and the deluxe boxes have been on point every time I’ve ordered. Ever since manager Zach showed up, you can really tell there’s been a big improvement in quality and consistency. Keep it up
Order the BBQ sandwich and instead of a crispy chicken tossed in sauce I got a basic sandwich with the smallest amount of BBQ sauce I've ever seen. The chicken itself is good enough to eat but this kind of slacking makes me never want to order from here again.
Super slow. Everyone in kitchen is loud and uses foul language. Not a good place for families.
Went late night so food had been sitting under the heat lamps for some time, but still hit the spot and way better than McDonald's or burger King again
