Always a favorite 😍
The chicken were not cleanly shaven. The service utensils are reusable, but there’s no recycle bin. The recipes are not made with happiness. Parking spaces are small with obstacles. Compare to a McDonald, the hygiene condition of this location is alright.
I had an absolutely delightful visit to the KFC in San Ramon! My pre-ordered meal was not only ready on time and perfectly accurate, but the chicken was incredibly fresh. The highlight, though, was the exceptional service provided by Lidieth. Despite a minor hiccup with the soda I ordered being unavailable, she went above and beyond by surprising me with a complimentary cake and a heartfelt personal note. I didn’t have enough money to pay for my order so I had to use coins, the employees still stood there and gave me no sass or any meanness, it was a very nice experience. Don’t let the cattle hive fool you, KFC is very good
