Had customers inside sitting down eating in the dining room, but was told that I had to order through Drive Thru. Ordered 8 piece chicken to be crispy, was first told it would be a 20 minute wait (reason for coming in Dining to not hold Drive Thru line up), agreed to wait for it but came to a compromise as employee stated they could do 7 crispy and 1 original.
