Same issue the customer service it's really bad.
First went to Sangaree location walked in just for them to say go to the drive thru. I ended up at the Main st location
Chicken was dried. Soda tasted like water with sugar. Ask for mac n cheese but got mashed potato instead. Do yall not know chicken has an expiration time. You can’t cook a bunch of chicken and let it just sit and dry out. That young girl working back there needs to stay her tail in the back if she doesn’t know proper customer service. They got ⭐️⭐️for service only because the gentleman working the register was nice.
absolutely disrespectful, my husband was trying to nicely read the lady our order and she kept raising her voice at him through the mic. We nicely told her we couldn’t hear her and she wants to continue on
