On 11/4/2025 at 8:30 PM, I ordered three 2-piece meals through DoorDash pickup using the BOGO promotion and purchased an additional meal. When I opened the order, the chicken smelled strongly of old grease and was too hard to eat. Neither my daughter nor I could eat our meals. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty.
