On 11/4/2025 at 8:30 PM, I ordered three 2-piece meals through DoorDash pickup using the BOGO promotion and purchased an additional meal. When I opened the order, the chicken smelled strongly of old grease and was too hard to eat. Neither my daughter nor I could eat our meals. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty. Waited in the drive through forever, kept being told to hold on, guy in the drive through was incredibly rude, I decided to leave instead
Walked in to try and order for dine in. Guy set he would be was in a minute. 5 minutes later he still was waiting on drive thru. Customers. He wasn't concerned with us whatsoever. We turned around and left. While we were there, you could see towards the back and it was filthy and had standing water with employees walking thru it. Nasty.
