Horrible service the speaker sucks. You can barely hear them and then when we got our food, they had an attitude when we were paying and when we try to get our card back, he was holding it inside of the window instead of handing it to us so we had to reach completely out of the truck and then he finally reached out a little bit to give it to us and then when we got the food when we paid $60 for it, we were just checking to make sure everything was in the bag and this lady with green/blue hair was standing there with her hand... read more
If i could give this location 0 stars i would. We came around 8 pm.. 1 whole hour before they closed, all the outside lights were off, doors were locked. Drive thru only but the whole sign was off and we had to call them and ask if they were open just for someone to answer at the drive thru. They already didn’t have most of their side options, i’ve worked fast food and everytime we had to keep every option available until we closed. Just overall extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend at night.
Honestly, this was one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had. The food was disappointing across the board — the chicken was greasy and didn’t taste fresh, the fries were cold, and the biscuit was hard and dry. It definitely didn’t feel like it had just been made. Service didn’t help either. The staff seemed uninterested, and it took way longer than it should have to get a simple order. Absolutely garbage. I ordered nuggets and a bowl from drive thru and I was asked to pull around to the front because they had to make some fries and it'll be ready in 5min. Those 5min turned into 25mins and when I went in to asked about it, everyone was laughing around and not doing anything. They hadn't even begun to make the food, so I had to wait additional time for it.
