The order was correct, service and prep time was fast. With the kiosk, the service is leaking because there is no repore, so it doesn't make me feel welcomed. The chicken was juicy and hot but is missing the orignal KFC flavor. This is the Cropley KFC, Milpitas KFC has more ambience and whomever is at the counter, they are very personable, many times it is the manager!
Usually won't try KFC and even with new items it rarely crosses my mind but their new wings are well worth the value. At 8 pieces for $5 it's a solid lunch and if you enjoy wings with rice they go well with that too. As of July 2026, this location has country fried steak with gravy on Wednesdays only. At $6 it is a really solid item and will definitely try again.
Fast
Great service
