We entered and there was a line, there was a person in front us. A staff member was doing nothing and walked by the cashier 2 times and THEN asked him what he would like to order. It also took us so long, MORE then 45 mins. There is a lot of people and slow pasting. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
If I could give zero starts I would have! The worst KFS in the world, and I have been to a few across the globe. They screwed my order, screwed me on money, store manager argued pretty much with every customer in the line( very long and very slow moving line), not to mention how dirty it was inside. Stay away!
Check your order before leaving! They barely fill up the fry containers. Asked for wedges. Looked at my order and they are fries. Said they were out of wedges, so why don’t they update the menu to reflect what items you don’t have? Communicate and tell people that you don’t have the food that we ordered!
And they didn’t send me utensils for the salad and the potato and they didn’t put me the ranch sauce I paid for and the ketchup I ordered. I ordered long potatoes and the box came very empty personally I would not buy again in this place
Worst KFC I have ever been to in my entire life. I went last Saturday night. The lady working the drive through, told me to come to the window at the intercom before I could even say anything so I did just that. Then when I pull up to the window, she began to condescend to me as if I did something wrong even though I just did what she told me to.
