I recently visited the KFC on East Palm Valley Boulevard in Round Rock, Texas, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant appeared to be massively understaffed, which may have contributed to the overall condition of the location. The floors were sticky and dirty, and I even noticed cigarette butts on the floor inside the restaurant.
