The manager with glasses and blonde hair and the team member with a facial piercing and white blonde hair were extremely rude cussing at me and my husband and rushing us ordering because it was 30 minutes before close I understand fast food is fusterating but the job is customer service and if the customer service isn’t being accomplished why isn’t the mananagement preventing this problem

Chick working the window with the eye piercing was not a big fan of working you could tell. Opened the window of “what do you want” and then shut the window after payment as I was speaking. I ended up just throwing my food away from all the comments and reviews on here and I took one glance at it and looked gross. I know it’s fast food but stomach legit turned looking at it.

I went to the drive-through because it was late and I didn’t want a meal just a snack. And I ordered four original recipe chicken wings. Apparently they don’t have people working there so the manager was tending the window. He charged me $11 for four wings. This is graceful. Nobody wants to work there because they’re either incompetent, greedy or just plain stupid. $11 for four chicken wings snack. Disgraceful. Take your money somewhere else. These people are thieves.

We found green fibers like from a scrubber sponge in our chicken and I can't get anyone on the freaking phone the place is constantly dirty and this is the last straw

Do not recommend this location. Walked in all tables were dirty. The cashier seemed to be in training and was pleasant, but the girl training her was NOT! She had an attitude and we watched her interact with several guests and them leave mad. The manager is the green isn’t paying attention to guests interactions with her team! If you don’t like your job find a new one!
