I go thru a drive-thru so that I don't have 2 go in. I asked, when ordering the $20 bucket, "no.gravy.on.mashed.potatoes, please". I repeated it several times. Yes, I got GRAVY on potatoes..but got 0 napkins, 0 receipt. Parked, went inside & of course got roll eyes from cashier. Gravy mistake was corrected but 0 APOLOGY. I tend to be 1 that forgives all if I get a polite, sincere apology. This location has NEVER gotten my order correct & never gives me a receipt. MY BAD for returning for more.
The cashier was one of the sweetest I've ever seen it any KFC
