Second time and the first visit I did not do a review. But it’s the same thing. Did mobile order ready at 715 still not completed for 4 pc meal, one chicken sandwich and small order of wings. What is worse is the service employees will pass you by while waiting at the counter. They make eye contact but no acknowledgment. Finally food 19 min past the promised time. I waited for over an hour to get my food here and it all sucks I should have went to return it but it was a takeout. They are short staffed I’m going to Popeyes down the road u only wait for few minutes there
They were short staffed and overall was not good. Bad part was they weren't even super busy or busy
