I went to KFC for dinner and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. First, I sat in the drive-thru and no one ever answered the intercom. I pulled up to the window, and no one came there either. So I went inside and was told there would be a 30-minute wait for chicken. I said that was fine and that I would like to place an order. Don't order online for this location. Placed an order and showed up at the time of pick up 30mins after order was placed was told it was going to be an additional 40 min wait. Talked to the lady at the front about cancelation and refunds I was told to call the number online. I then talk to a lady Nicole who did nothing.
