Got our food and my coleslaw was frozen. Big chunks of frozen solid coleslaw. Yuck! Hubby took it back to the counter to get a different one, the guy didn't even bother to be helpful. He just said, they had just made it and they were all the same. Wow. No such thing as good customer service anymore
You have one job when someone orders sides and biscuits, give them the butter and honey and literally give them a spork…. Can’t even do that. I used to love kfc but now they are just lazy
Went through the drive thru. Ordered 12 piece bucket with 3 sides and biscuits. They forgot the biscuits. I live about 30 minutes away. How they rectified- took my name so the next time I go there they will give me my biscuits or something to make today’s trip better. That’s not how you make things better! That’s not customer service or customer satisfaction!
