They closed the lobby 30 min early, didn't have any food besides sides and chicken strips 40 minutes before close. They should close @10pm not close fryer and everything 40min before close. Not good service...

They messed up my order twice and then served me burnt chicken I've never experienced a kfc that burns their chicken

Suboptimal services and quality, it’s not customer’s fault that they ordered something in apps but is no longer available in the store, and say “oh we can’t do anything you need to call customer service and fight for the refund yourself, or just accept whatever leftovers we have here” If you keep running out of menu items why don’t you just stopping accepting online orders altogether? Pulled into the drive through and there was one person in front of us. Paid at the window and was told that we would need to pull around the front of the store since our food(3pc tender combo w/fries & biscuit and a famous bowl) and was taking longer than expected. They then asked to pull around the front of the restaurant and they would bring our food out. Get around to the front to find 6 other vehicles.
