Went in for lunch today Had to use that self serve order cause no one came to the front counter had people come in behind us and we had placed our order before them and they got their food first before ours and I made a comment and the lady which I’m assuming is manager got super crappy
My original crispy chicken was over-cooked. Not sure what the mashed potatoes were made from.....gray in color. The inside of restaurant very dirty......from floors, to sticky tables. Even the pop machine had trash on it. The exterior doors should have told me everything I needed to know....filthy
Tiffin Ave Findlay OH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Placed a large mobile order, PAID ahead, and $ was immediately taken from my son's account. Pulled up to window and was informed his order had been "canceled". After a half hour of waiting, they would not make the food, even though he showed them his bank app. He was told that he would have to place another order and PAY for it again and wait to be reimbursed. He left without food and without $50+
These are the cheapest chicken tenders! I've seen bigger on a kids meal at other restaurants! Very disappointed since I spent over 11$!
