Ordered a 14 piece at 12:22 and they asked me to wait 5 minutes, ended up waiting 20 and when I served my kids the chicken was uncooked. Called the manager and spoke to some guy told me that was crazy and the machine is the cook and not his fault. Don’t recommend eating here horrible customer service.
I guess they give the old dry chicken to their to go orders. We spent $50 on a terrible meal.
Great chicken! Great chicken sandwiches! This place is a bit run down but I don't go to eat there I go for their chicken! This is the best KFC in Orange County as far as I'm concerned. It always tastes amazing and fresh and always great service! I highly recommend this KFC location (even if you have to drive a few miles to get there, believe me it's worth it!).
Gross undercooked cold food. Even my dog wouldn't eat it!
3 PM on a Tuesday. The place was clean and not too crowded. The staff were very nice and the food was delicious!
