This store was dirty, the floors were dirty, tables were sticky, and a hair in my kids meal. This store really needs to be demolished to the ground and started over. The wedge fries were overcooked, and just an overall bad experience. Never again will I go back to this location.
Not prepared. Made us scoot back until the food was ready so timer claimed they had fast service. This is not the first time they had told us to scoot back to come up to the window.
I ordered the country fried steak with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and a biscuit, the country fry steak was incredibly soggy and lacked flavor, This fried steak is even worse than a frozen banquet tv dinner. this location does not give courtesy cups for water, the only other option is to pay $2.99 for a medium drink!
The manager at this location doing her BIG one. My chicken is always FRESH. The entire restaurant look like it’s been cleaned while listening to gospel on Saturday morning uhhkah!! Service is always fast, friendly and quick. Run don’t walk!
