I visited this KFC on September 1 around 7:00 p.m. The restaurant was clearly overwhelmed. There were cars scattered around the parking lot waiting for orders, and I was only the second car in the drive-thru but waited an unusually long time. After I finally paid, I was also asked to pull forward and wait. I want to specifically acknowledge the woman working the drive-thru window.
