Great service and great tasting food. Everything was hot and fresh. Friendly service and a mostly clean restaurant

Gilbert KFC is very good for food quality. The staff needs to pay more attention to the orders in the drive thru.
Worst customer service. Ordered via Uber Eats and the order was 90% incorrect . Unsweetened tea order and was given sweetened tea. Thigh meat order and was given breast meat. Terrible. Don’t understand how such a simple, straightforward order can get messed up.
