This is the best KFC there is. They go out of their way with their customer service. They make great food too. They are friendly and kind every time I go there and they care how long you are waiting. Really made a difference in my night as I was rushing from one kid drop off to another and trying to fit in a meal my kids would eat. Thank you so much for getting our order right and timely.
Seems like the recipe has changed. Look for special deals. Just not the same as what I had become accustomed to.
Placed a mobile order with a pick-up time that was 25 minutes later. When we arrived, the girl working at the counter did not help us or acknowledge us for about 2 minutes. There was a lady in the lobby who was waiting for her order, and she said she was there over 30 minutes. After we were acknowledged and were waiting for our order, a gentleman came in with a wrong order, and she had an attitude about making it right.
