Service is terrible. They desperately need a manager on duty. I've never seen so many employees just standing around.
I have heard a lot of good things about KFC, but it turns out that they were all wrong! This was not a good first impression of KFC since it was my first time. First, I was in the drive-thru and it smelled absolutely horrible. Second, when I picked up the first piece of chicken, it felt squishy and wiggly. We had food from there tonight. It was terrible. The chicken was chewey, Cole slaw was watery, biscuits were not totally cooked and maybe got a teaspoon of gravy on the mashed potatoes. This was our first time going there and will be the last. We use to go often to the one on Az Ave in Chandler that closed years ago and always had good food.
