This kfc took my receipt after they called my order ready. The Hispanic girl wearing the gray shirt told me they keep it and take a picture of it. I ask them they have a copy of my receipt and I'm entitled to have my receipt. She said no and just take a picture. I sat down and ate my combo and watch then take all the customer receipt when their order was ready and none of them complained. I call kfc customer service and complained what they did. That my right to have a recept especially when I paid cash.
Very bad service, they gave me my order wrong and the service was terrible.
The food was great, and the drive-thru service was okay. I would recommend this location. The guy was nice, and patient while I looked at the menu.
