STALE FRENCH FRIES at 8pm on a Saturday. This location has become pathetic over the past few years.
The people are friendly but the chicken is just horrible. The chicken is dark brown and full of oil. Definitely cooked early and then kept in an oven for way too long. Even when we ask for the freshest chicken we get a horribly soggy mess. Seems like the HB branches of KFC don't adhere to cooking times etc. I have complained to KFC regional office and they just don't care. Fortunately El pollo is just down the road.
I love KFC, but not this one, I asked the server to please to make sure the chicken legs didn't show the bone, but he gave me two out of three that were of poor quality in my opinion. He took them back and in my opinion, made me feel it was my problem not his. From this customers viewpoint, the quality of their chicken and service made me feel that I will never return to here.
Had to back up from drivethru lady couldnt understand "can i get a #16 please" lunch time no line and was craving kfc well will never happen at this location unless I get off and point at what I want
