The people that work here are very unprofessional lazy and unclean and very rude on top of that
I am writing this review because of my experience at the KFC in Covington GA location. I had a coupon that came through the mail. When I presented the coupon I was told right away that this KFC was corporate and does not honor the coupons. This was extra difficult for me since I am disabled and it took me and my nurse to get me out of the car only to find out I can't use the coupon. I ended up eating there at the full menu price. IN A NUT SHELL THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG.
Chicken needs to be crunchy,but overall good
This location is actually one of the worst I've ever seen, but I come because I live nearby. The food is always lesser quality than other locations. They got about the worst mashed potatoes and gravy ever. Watered down and flavorless all the time. Biscuits usually hard. Also always out of chicken and a 20 minute wait. I think they don't care in this place because it's always busy, so they make money no matter what they do. I've been to other locations in areas with no customers, and the food is way better
