They got my whole order wrong and too 30 mins when they did it.
Nobody’s answering the drive thru, nobody in line, worker outside smoking a cigarette. And we wonder why AI will eventually replace poor customer service. SMH
Went through drive thru and was told I had to come in to place my order.
Ordered from here through door dash and I was highly unsatisfied. My order was missing a drink , one of my orders was the wrong sandwich, they didn’t give me straws for the drinks, the food was cold and sandwiches were soggy and the fries weren’t fresh. SMH and I tried calling the store no answers. On top of that it took 45 min to an hour to prepare my order
Came here for lunch break at 11:08 am, I waited an entire HOUR just for 1 combo order. Service is very slow here!!
