I ordered the 8 piece family meal and got home with only dark meat pieces!!!! I waited 30+ minutes just for an incorrect order. Now I’ve been trying to call the restaurant for over 1 hour. They must have the phone off!!!!! I won’t return!!!!
I can't even put a star for food. I stood, inside, for a little while and then asked the ladies at the front of the line how long they had been waiting....when they said over 10 minutes (still had not been helped), I decided I wouldn't come back until it's under new management.
We ordered online and when the app said ready for pickup, we headed out. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready and was asked to wait for another 15 minutes. Was the app wrong? If so, they could have corrected it. Instead, a staff in the counter offered free drinks as I waited but water wasn't one of them. We almost canceled the order but I convinced my group to wait since we're already in the parking lot. It might take me a while to order KFC again given this experience. The last few times I've been the food was good and everyone was very nice.
One side of mashed potatoes came less full than the other and the one that was full came with a hair. So we didnt grt the serving that was supposed to come wit what we purchased
