We were very exited to get the popcorn chicken bucket and ordered it online and picked out the sauces just for them to give us chicken nuggets instead and no sauces. Very disappointed.
I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. We chose to dine in, but the staff didn't provide any trays for our food, which made eating at the restaurant inconvenient. On top of that, we ordered two mashed potatoes, but instead received only one salad. The mashed potato we did receive didn't even come with any gravy. To make matters worse, we weren't given any forks, so we had no proper way to eat either the salad or the mashed potatoes.
