I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to one of your locations. After a long day at work, I stopped by to order a 2-piece white meat meal, which should include a breast and a wing. Instead, I received a leg and a thigh. Additionally, I requested extra gravy on my mashed potatoes, but what I received was dry and tasted like powdered potatoes with no gravy at all. The guy who was the alleged manager here is beyond nasty. He shouldn't be managing anything except his anger. My wife placed an order and it was incorrect so she told him and he was disrespectful and uncouth. Its only chicken. He needs to find a job that doesn’t require being pleasant.
Okay KFC, order was correct, nothing out of the ordinary. Pretty much what you’d expect from a KFC.
