The supervisor or shift manager literally snatched my food back from in front of me no explanation it was a error. Then she proceeded to sneeze over food and continue trying to hand me my bag. I asked for a refund.
The chicken was great, but what was even better was the extremely attentive customer service. The cashier was friendly and had some good advice on meal choices. But, while we were eating the manager and another employee came by to ask if everything was good and if he could get us anything else. He was a genuinely friendly person who cared about all of his customers. I would definitely recommend going to KFC, not only for the food, but for a good old fashion welcome.
So different since this new manager took over, so rude and nasty to her employees. Won't be going back. The young girl with dark hair was so nice and pleasant,did deserve the abuse we witnessed
Chicken pot pie is The best.
