Everything I go to KFC they either are out of something I want or they screw up the order or forget to put some of the order in the bag. Either way they need to be trained a little bit better. The one manager is a good person and he is having a hard time finding good help. So if you think you can handle the job do everyone a favor and go apply.
Just purchased an entire family meal through the drive thru got all the way home and no gravy with my mashed potatoes how hard is it to get an order right. $50 and ruined my entire dinner.

This is not the first time I have had problems at this place. As a customer and also as an uber driver picking up for someone else. They never have chicken …. They wait for you to show up there and then they tell you that they have to prepare the order and it will take 15 minutes… it never does take 15 minutes be waiting for over 30 minutes for chicken. My question is .. what do they sell pizza ???? It makes no sense to me that a place that sells chicken never has chicken ready. I’m Definitely not planing to order from them ... read more
