This store is in need of some serious management. The staff there simply does not care! They are just trying to get through their shift as quick as possible doing as little work as possible. Everything I come to this location, the food is never made right, orders always wrong, the drive thru time is a joke and their customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I ordered on app. Went to pickup order it was wrong I didn't take any of the food. I told them to cancel the order they said it was paid for I would have to cancel the order with the card company. My order was voided out from the card company this was last night. Today kfr charged my card again for food I never received. They knew the order was canceled and still charged my card again.
