Excellent customer service and best chicken
Went to the drive-through first of all couldn’t read the menu because the middle section with the Family meals. The light was burned out so I didn’t know what I was paying so I ordered an eight piece family meal. I asked for original. He asked me if I wanted honey and butter for my biscuits, I said yes I also asked if I could have only thighs. He said he didn’t have enough. I said well then legs are OK as long as it’s original. I am new to Edmond and love kfc. This location has the best staff ever. On every occasion I have visited I felt welcomed!!!! The food is always fresh and hot, yimmmy!!! I appreciate them!!!
This place is disgusting. It’s filthy. Out of chicken about half of the time, when they do have chicken, it’s from the day before. On top of that, the service is so bad, I wonder how they stay open.
