Very polite and friendly
The guy JOE****in the Drive thru needs a raise he was so nice and courteous, you normally dont get that these days , warned us ahead of time for the order going to be 3 min wait.. *** go see JOE*******

The restaurant is absolutely filthy, I had to clean my own table and chairs. I killed a spider in the process. Please please do better.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at KFC! The food took over 30 minutes, even though there were only three other customers in line. While waiting, multiple people mentioned they had already been waiting a long time as well. One older gentleman politely asked for ketchup more than once and was completely ignored, which was honestly upsetting to see. The staff moved extremely slowly and came across as rude and snippy.
