Adding to the bad experiences at this location. There are several low ratings for multiple issues.
They service is horrible food cold they act like they don't want to serve black people 2guys came in ask for them to take their orders they did not the guys left also my food was cold and they was just standing there talking the whole time always telling customers to use that machine and customer service act like they don't care
Service extremely slow , saw me at counter and just starred at me no customer service
The chicken was bland, tasted vaguely of dog food, and very dry. The Mac and cheese was surprisingly liquid, soggy, weirdly sweet, and sad. The chicken pot pie was the only item that tasted good enough to finish the whole thing. Kinda of disappointed this was the first time I tried KFC and splurged $50 just to be let down thus resorting to Popeyes instead. Don't waste your money unless you like pot pies!
