Today 8/20/25 I went to the drive by window. Ordered 2 #7 which has 3 pieces of chicken 2 sides and 1 biscuit with a drink. I specifically requested one of the orders to have a mashed potatoe and Cole slaw sides and the other order to have 2 mashed potatoes. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich but got honey spice. I ordered 2 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy added coleslaw but got a container of gravy, no mashed potatoes. Neither order was completed correctly.
