Put in an order on the app and it took it and then when I got there to pick it up, they told me to call and cancel it because they were out of chicken. Why even be open if you’re out of the main thing you sell?? Terribly run location
I placed an online order for pick up this evening (8:41pm) and received the wrong item. I ordered a pot pie but was given a chicken bowl instead. When I got home and realized the mistake, I tried calling the store several times and of course no one answered. I ended up driving back (while calling twice more with no answer), only to be told they were out of pot pies, there was nothing to be done and couldn’t refund me because the order was placed online. Food was fine, service was extremely slow for a FAST food place. I could've driven across town and gotten my food in the same amount of time. Don't come here.
Terrible drive thru service. Lady acted like im causing her trouble cause im asking about sauce options. Than telling me they don't care any of those sauces. Than asking me if im looking at the menu or online. Im im the drive thru talking to you? Obviously im seeing these sauce options on the menu in person. She want to get all mad cause im ordering food? That's your job.
