I went to this South San Francisco location today because T-Mobile Tuesdays was offering a free chicken sandwich with a purchase. I redeemed the deal and got the code, but the KFC app did not have an obvious place to enter the code. I asked the cashier if she would help and she said that she didn't know how their app worked. I asked for the manager who also said she didn't know how their app worked. My reply to her was that as manager, maybe she should know at least the basics. Her reply was "Why?". So I left.
Parking sucks. You literally have to drive past the entrance go around the building and pull into the side of the building on the other side ( on Airport Blvd )
